All prices in GBP Pounds Sterling (UK Pounds). Through Paypal we accept Visa, Delta, Switch, MasterCard and Solo. You may send your credit card information via the Internet. Our server uses a secure 128bit algorithm to encrypt your details.
Shipping And Handling
Our delivery service is via Royal Mail and available to anywhere in mainland UK and Northern Ireland. If you are a customer based outside the UK, we will charge you relevant postage.
We dispatch your order first class on the day of receipt if we have the item in stock. You will normally receive your order within 3 working days within the UK. We have no control over overseas postal services.
All orders are inclusive of all UK taxes. If you are an international customer, it is your responsibility to pay any extra taxes due on the goods. We will not accept responsibility for any action taken by customs in your country. All international deliveries include a customs sticker notifying customs of the goods contained within the package. This is a customary requirement in the UK. We advise customers to be aware of the customs terms for their country of delivery.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Hair Loss Solutions Ltd aims to ensure every product is created to the highest of standards and all of our products are rigorously checked and tested before being sold. However, should you need to return your product, we will deal with your issue as quick as possible.

Post your item back to us at the above address along with your receipt, a brief covering letter detailing the problem you are experiencing and include all of your contact details and return address. Once we have received your product we will endeavour to deal with your issue as efficiently as possible.
Please note: in busier periods, allow up to 14 working days for repair/replacement.
Regrettably we are unable to cover any postage costs for items returned outside of the UK.
